1. Scope of Services
Pest Veda agrees to provide services as described in the service quotation or booking
confirmation. While we strive for perfection, results may vary depending on the initial
condition of the property, age of the structure, or intensity of infestation/damage.
2. Booking and Payments
- Estimates: Quotes are based on client-provided details. Pricing may be adjusted if actual carpet area or site condition differs.
- Payments: Payments must follow the agreed schedule. Certain services may require an advance deposit.
- Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid a nominal service fee.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Access: Clear access to premises and water/electricity must be provided.
- Safety: Keep pets, children, and elderly individuals away during service.
- Valuables: Secure jewelry, cash, and sensitive documents before service begins.
4. Service Warranties
- Pest Control: Valid only if post-treatment advice is followed.
- Waterproofing/Painting: Warranty varies by product. Covers application defects but excludes structural shifts or natural disasters.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Pre-existing structural damage or delicate surfaces.
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Delays due to extreme weather or local restrictions.
6. Health and Safety
We use WHO-approved, non-toxic chemicals. Individuals with allergies or respiratory
conditions must inform us prior to service. Pest Veda is not responsible for allergic
reactions to approved treatment chemicals.
7. Changes to Terms
Pest Veda reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected
on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.
